Office Hours: My office hours will be 9-10am Tuesday and Thursday or by appointment.

Recitation: The point of this class is to give the students a time to go over problems etc. that the professor does not have time to through in class so that the students can get a better understanding of chemistry.

In this class I will have problems to go through, however, this class is to help the students, so please feel free to bring in chemistry problems you would like me to go through.

Grading: There will be a total of 100 points in this class which will constitute 17% of your overall class grade.

Quizzes: There will be 8 quizzes each worth 10 pts. These quizzes will be unannounced however, only 7 will count towards your grade, and the lowest will be dropped, there will be no make up quizzes. 

Homework: The other 30 points will be covered by 6, 5 point homework problems. The homework assignments will consist of approximately 10 problems. 3 points will be for doing the homework, one question from the homework assignment will be graded and worth 2 points. They will be due the Monday after the assignment is given at the beginning of your recitation class.

Answers to quizzes will be posted after 5pm on the day they are given.

Answers to homework assignments will be posted after 5pm on the day they are due. I will attempt to have all things graded by class on Wednesday mornings.

Please show up for the recitation class you are registered for, there is limited seating. If you have a problem making it to your assigned recitation class please let me know, but I cannot guarantee you can fit in another class.
