Late drops Do not rely on the late drop. If you think you should drop the class, do it before October 15. However, it is possible to do a "late drop." Technically, it requires that a student must be passing at the time of the request. Of course, since not all the graded material has been written, one almost always has a chance of passing, thus may qualify for the late drop. If that is something you wish to pursue, than check with me (your instructor), but ultimately, it has to be done at the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Go to Zulauf Hall the 8 story red brick building west of the visitors parking lot. Make an appointment with Dean Sue Doederlein who has an office on the second floor of Zulauf. She will advise you as to how many drops you can have while here, if you get any refunds for the course dropped, etc. She will give you also slip of paper to check out of the lab if you are enrolled in 110. You have to check out of the lab or you will receive an F for the lab grade. 5 November 2003, revision 16 August 2004 |
